Terms of Service

• GENERAL
- Please provide a clear reference as requested to avoid unnecessary revision• PAYMENTS
- Payment could be 50%-50% or 100% upfront
- If 50% paid, complete payment is required for me to render the final full-quality version• DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- 2-4 weeks after the start of the commissionREFUNDS
- A full refund will be issued by cancellation on my end.
- If you choose to cancel the commission after 50% or more of the 3D room has been completed, I reserve the right to keep a down payment. This is half of the total price.
- I do not issue refunds based on your dissatisfaction after you've approved the progress. Please give me feedback according to your vision to avoid unnecessary revision.
